Christmas Party Case Study
Throughout December I'm very busy performing as a Christmas party magician for both private parties, office parties, and corporate events. Each year I perform at roughly 30 Christmas parties across the UK. These can be either small intimate parties for families or small work teams to large corporate events for companies such as JCB, Selfridges, Sainsbury's, Fujifilm, and for military events for the RAF and Army.
Most of my work is for close up magic, as described above. This is especially true in my work as a Christmas party magician. However in, I'm also a very accomplished stage magician and love performing to larger groups.
In 2018, I performed for a Christmas party in London where I provided both close up magic and a cabaret show. This wasn't my full stage show, but rather a 20 minute performance to the whole group. No raised stage was required. We simply clinked a glass to gather everyone's attention. I've performed this option a few times, as it's a great way to round of my section of entertainment before the disco, band or other Christmas party entertainment kicks off.
I should mention that while I do perform in London a few times a year, most of the events I perform at are in Staffordshire, Birmingham and Nottingham.
Anyway, after a few months after the event, I received this fantastic feedback, and yes, a booking for their next Christmas party!
